フルオロウラシル（Fluorouracil）クリームとは？

フルオロウラシルは、皮膚細胞の増殖を抑制し、異常な皮膚細胞などの急速に増殖する細胞を死滅させる働きがあります。

フルオロウラシル・クリームは、（光線性角化症または日光性角化症）の治療に使われます。また、表在性基底細胞癌の治療に使われることもあります。

フルオロウラシルは、本医薬ガイドに記載されている目的以外にも利用されています。

Your browser may not support display of this image.Fluorouracil interferes with the growth of skin cells. Fluorouracil works by causing the death of cells which are growing fastest, such as abnormal skin cells.

Fluorouracil topical is used to treat scaly overgrowths of skin (actinic or solar keratoses). Fluorouracil topical may also be used in the treatment of superficial basal cell carcinoma.

Fluorouracil topical may also be used for purposes other than those listed in this medication guide.
